George Nicol DNB 1740-1828 bookseller and James Potts (R Pollard, Dublin Book Trade 1733-96) seem a likely pair to have been dining with these publishers (and see Jenkins 22.1.1789)

Matthew Baillie DNB 1761-1823, Joanna Baillie DNB 1762-1851 where is mentioned Agnes Baillie 1760-1861. Also there 31.7.1789 presumably Matthew and 12.2.1790 one or both of the sisters as part of plural 'Mes'

Hunter, Anne

First entry in Godwin diary (1788-1836 only):
Monday, 16 March, 1789

16.3.1789 Hunter at Miss Williams' and 11.3.1791 (where it is wrongly coded to her husband John) as the 'Mes' makes it clear it was female both times. Anne Hunter DNB 1742/3-1821. In Godwin's 1796 list for 1791 and in the 1794 version as mrs J Hunter, which suggests that the 1789 entry might have been her daughter Agnes. The 1796 list entry has not been coded to her person record on the GD website
