According to the prosecutrix Mary wife of John Hibbett she lived at 1 Poland St and let a room to Margaret Duvall otherwise Henshaw who at once absconded with the sheets. Duvall said she was Swiss and had been in England three years, one as a servant and two as a mantua maker. A witness Hannah Madan, said she lodged with the prosecutrix. Duvall had been in jail some time before she came to trial and was sentenced to one month in Newgate and a shilling fine. A Margaret Duvall was buried 15'4'1817 St Leonards Shoreditch age 63
