Josiah John Luntley of Long Lane, Southwark surveyor 1798, surveyor of 62, Shoreditch 1810 to 1818 (Sun Fire), Bishopsgate St 1851. He may have helped Godwin with the houses in Primrose Street belonging to the Wollstonecraft sisters, note first five calls were all with Everina Wollstonecraft, and Hill PS on 5.12.1804 may have referred to Primrose Street,  a James Hill was living at 25 Primrose St (perhaps next to rather than one of the Wollstonecraft houses) from 1803 to 1814 or longer. See also Bodleian Abinger c21 f1 a fragment (draft of a letter to Everina?) concerning the Wollstonecraft rents which mentioned Mr Luntley. Later calls on Luntley were often followed by calls on possible Primrose Street tenamts (see Hill, Primrose Street / Brookes, Primrose Street / Batty, Primrose Street)
