Ascribed by Nicholas Roe to "probably Arthur Blake".but given the Essex St address this was more likely Robert Blake (History of Parliament 1766-1823 MP for Arundel 1819-1823). He was not exactly young at 28 but his father,John in whose attorney's firm at 14 Essex St he was a partner was still alive (his will PCC 1803). Robert Blake's son John Goble Blake was still a baby (bapt 19.11.1793 St Clement Danes). His father John, or indeed Arthur Blake could have been the entry of 29.10.1794…
