A valuable and very desirable estate, comprising a good family-house, fitted with neatness and taste, situate at No. 52 in Newington-place, within a few doors of Kennington-common, commanding extensive and delightful views. The premises consist of six good bed-chambers, store and dressing-rooms, a lofty well-proportioned drawing room,with French windows to the door, and a plate glass opening to a balcony under the veranda, a dining-room, with plate glass windows, and a breakfast parlour, good entrance-hall, fore-court, enclosed with iron railing, with front area, arched vaults, and stone steps, leading to an excellent convenient kitchen, wash-house, and other domestic offices, paved yard, and walled garden. This property is held for an unexpired term of 70 years from Michaelmas next, at a ground rent of 7l. 7s. per annum.

Whether the member of the "unnumbered division" was the 49 year old Richard Bannister or his 16 year old nephew? I think more likely the older one though most of the members were around 20 years old.
