Up until the death of James Barry DNB 1741-1806 the GD website has coded plain Barry entries to him, and col. Barry entries to Henry Barry DNB 1749/50-1822, who lived in Bath. Godwin wrote to Henry Barry in 1809. The first two entries above could have been to Henry, if he was on a visit to London.

If not then from bbti we have Richard Barry print & map seller & navigation warehouse 106 Minories from 1802 to 1811 but in fact he died in 1808 and his widow Margaret continued the business, and we have William Barry stationer of 2 Bridge-st Westminster from 1807 to 1857 but Holdens directory 1811 said S Barry.
