all above entries except the 1799 entry and the Cobbet, mercer in 1813 have been coded to William Cobbett on the GD website, probably correctly. I haven't identified a mercer called Cobbett, and Godwin called on Cobbet only two days after the mercer called, so that call, and thus the next two, could refer to the mercer. The Cobbet in 1799 was before William Cobbett returned from America and while he was still an anti-Jacobin propagandist
