Henry Augustus Dillon-Lee DNB 1777-1832. He succeded to the Viscountcy in 1813. In 1805 he was MP for Mayo and his Letter to the Noblemen & Gentlemen &c, a plea for Catholic emancipation, was published in London in June 1805, though by J Budd, not by Phillips. The L Dillon & pere is strange, since his father died in 1813, until then he was known as the Hon Henry Dillon. Godwin often used L as short for Lord, but Dillon did have a daughter Louisa, however she was not quite two years old on 27.6.1827
