Thos Moore beer merchant 23 Basing-lane was the only one in Basing-lane of about 100 Moore entries in Holdens 1811 London trades directory (and another 60 in the Court directory). A partnership between S Jervis & T Moore wine merchants of Basing-lane was dissolved in 1814. Thomas Moore wine merchant Basing-lane will PCC 1849. I have included the other entries above because they may have referred to the same person. W M could have meant wine merchant but that would not be typical of Godwin's diary, capital initials usually meant the name of a person, street or institution. I have included above the two other uses of W M in the diary. My only other guess is that it meant Walter Miller. Neither of the two Henry Crabb Robinson calls with a bond in brackets was mentioned by Robinson in his diary, although nearby mentions of H Robinson in Godwin's diary on 23.12.1812, 30.12.1812, 10.1.1813 and 23.1.1813 were noted in Robinson's diary
