HCR diary 4.1.1833 Loevenhagen "went to another attorney Richardson in Golden Square" "we all drove to Mr Richardson's with whom after a time all was arranged"

                 29.4.1833 "I attended for thee first time in Warwick St, Aders, Lemmé, Loevenhagen, Richardson and Upton, and there accepted the trusteeship with L: of Aders' pictures"

               21.10.1833 "Aders called for me to go to Richardson and sign the deed of trust which I did"

Born 7.2.1796 bapt 21.3.1796 at St Paul Covent Garden, son of Charles Richardson and Mary née Cottney, who were married by licence at St Paul Covent Garden on 4.6.1793, she was a spinster of Stevenage and signed with an X. Charles senior was the proprietor of Richardson's Hotel, Covent Garden. Charles junior was articled as a solicitor in 1812, was in practice at Air St Picadilly by 1818 and at Golden Square from 1820 when he married at Lewisham Rebecca, youngest dau of Robert Wissett of Forest Hill (Jacksons Oxford Journal 16.9.1820). His father's will PCC 1827 of 36 King St Covent Garden mentioned his wife Mary, sons Walker & Charles, dau Eliza and nephew Wm Henry Richardson. Charles junior's address as a solicitor was 28 Golden Square and he later lived at 19 Bruton St, Berkeley Sq. In the 1851 census he was at 16 Warwick St age 55 married solicitor but his family not there. See Morning Post 10.2.1859 for an action for libel by Richardson and his wife Constance Rebecca against her doctor and his wife Mrs Granville who had accused Mrs Richardson of adultery with her husband the doctor.
