25.3.1830 tea M(ary) W(ollstonecraft) S(helley), w. mrs M Sutton / 6.4.1830 soirée Hare, w, mrs M Sutton, M(ary) W(ollstonecraft) S(helley) / 20.9.1831 write to C M Sutton / 23.9.1831 letter from C M Sutton / 15.6.1834 speaker (sir C Sutton) calls

The last three entries clearly refer to Charles Manners Sutton (DNB 1780-1845). The mrs M Sutton of the first two entries was quite likely his second wife Ellen Manners Sutton (1791? - 1845), "a hearty lively Irishwoman" (see her husband's DNB article). See letters in Bodleian MS Abinger c.48 f.62, c.49 f.5-6, c.50 f.16-17
