SunFire sugar refiner Pauls Wharf, Upper Thames St.  He married (licence 1.8.1782) 2ndly Lucy Swiney sp of St George Han Sq age 22. Trustee of Essex St chapel 1783. His will PCC 26.6.1784 dated 14.6.1784 mentioned brothers Capt William Swiney, William Tillett and John Swiney, and his children Sackville, Ann, Sarah, Edward, Sophia, William
