Rev William Willett(s) dissenting minister 1697-1778 married 1754 Catherine sister of Josiah Wedgwood (DNB died 1795). Their daughter Mary 1766-1803 married (witnesses Josiah Wedgwood, Jane Willett) 24.12.1787 Peter Holland surgeon 1766-1855 (see their son Henry Holland DNB 1788-1873). Peter Holland's sister Elizabeth 1771-1811 was mother of the novelist Mrs Gaskell. No PCC will for William Willett, or any other record found of Jane Willett and her possible younger sister, next time I'm at Lichfield I'll see if their wills are there (currently online only up to 1730).
