Hollis Edwards (will PCC 1807) was the nephew of Timothy Hollis who had just died leaving a legacy to James Barry, and was executor and one of the main beneficiaries of his will. Godwin was probably calling on Barry's behalf, or perhaps curious to see if there was anything for him as well. Edwards' will PCC 1807 left all to Dr Abraham Wilkinson of Enfield. It is possible but doesn't seem likely that he was one or some of the later Edwards's in Godwin's diary between 1795 and 1805 And see Paradise, Lucy re (5)
