James Eyre married Charlotte Harding bapt 1762 Solihull dau of Judd H surgeon & his wife Elizabeth (nee Hunt marr at Stafford 1753). This may be one of at least 4 of her brothers. Judd Harding surgeon of Tamworth will PCC 1780.

His will PCC 1822 Alveston, wife Harriet, son Wm Judd H in India, eldest bro Joseph, bro Judd, sons Charles, Rev Henry, John, Francis, Edward, dau Charlotte Sophia wife of William Wheler of Leamington, dau Catherine wife of William Henry Chichely Plowden, daus Harriet H, Elizabeth H, Jane H, Sophia H dated 2.12.1819 dau Jane married James Molony jr of Kiltamun co Clare by 11.7.1820
