The Wordsworth above was Richard Wordswort attorney brother of the poet William. I haven't identified William Langhorn's birth or parentage. There was a John Langhorn attorney of Barbican 1782 Law List. Possibly (because of the Wordsworth connection to the lake District) he was related to William Langhorne DNB 1721-1772 and his brother John Langhorne DNB 1735-1779
