This is perhaps the wife of Robert Barwell (DNB 1741-1804), who was Catherine nee Coffin (1769-1847) and so the young wife of a rich man. They married in 1785 and in 1786 newspapers reported her as sporting a phaeton and pair at Egham. Her married status is clear from the crossed out entry of 26.10.1788. She married 2ndly 1811 Edward Miller Mundy MP his will PCC 1823. But before her first marriage a Mrs Barwell was listed in Bath visitors 1780-3 and contributing £5000 to the £12 million loan in 1781
