On 23.11.1792 John Moore proposed John Williamson of Field Court Grays Inn as SCI member. Morning Post 16.10.1794 treason trial list of witnesses John Moore of Grays Inn attorney at law. But no John Moore attorney in Law Lists at that address, however there were several attornies named John Moore in Law Lists, where they can be roughly distinguished by the letters denoting which courts they served. Some of the five below may have been one person with two addresses.

John Moore of 50 Gt Marlborogh St (Boyles from 1796, Law List from 1799), son of William Moore farmer of Fransham, Norfolk he was articled for 5 yrs from 17.12.1785 to James Whiting attorney of Swaffham. William Bircham (Nat Arch CP 5/163/2) and William Henry Moore (Nat Arch CP 5/144/9) were articled to him in1805. His will proved PCC 13.1.1819 dated 4.2.1818 gent of Gt Marlborough St mentioned his nephew William Bircham of Gt Marlborough St, his nieces Ann, Sarah & Susan Bircham, his brothers Thomas, William & Francis Moore, his nephew William Moore, his sister Susan Dennis, and Ann Williams of Batemans Buildings spinster and "her child of which I am the reputed father" baptised Ann Moore by Rev Dr Maddy. (Ann dau of John Moore solicitor Gt Marlboro St & Ann Williams born 12.5.1810 bapt 19.9.1815 by J Maddy at St James Piccy). Matthew Denness = Gt Fransham, Norfolk 28.12.1784 Susanna Moore.
