According to Marilyn Brooks, The Correspondence of Mary Hays, Godwin met Hugh Draper again at Mary Hays but she gives no more information on him. Can she mean Henry Draper elected lecturer at St George the Martyr Southwark 15.3.1796 resigned March 1808, who would have been a neighbouring preacher to Brown if he was Mary Hays' pastor Michael Brown (see Brown)? Catherine bapt 15.10.1794 & Henry bapt 25.1.1801 children of Henry & Catherine Draper at St Mary Lambeth. Rev Henry Draper bach = Mary Louisa Oliver sp 1793 Bermondsey. Another London preacher William Draper was involved with the LCS (Nat Arch TS 11/963 exam. of P Nodder, Draper lives somewhwere in Clerkenwell, preacher at London Wall) see his "Sermon" 1791 and "Twenty Sermons" 1796 address 5 Bowling Green Lane, Clerkenwell. His son Richard John Draper 18 years master of St Sepulchre's school (1820s &1830s).
