Mary Ann born 6.6.1805 and Susan born 15.2.1807 bapt Walcot daus of Thomas Broadhurst & Frances dau of Daniel & Esther Whittaker, Frances Whittaker was born 28.1.1774 bapt 23.2 St Mary Manchester, her father Daniel's will PCC 4.2.1793, merchant of Manchester dated 11.3.1792 mentioned his wife Esther, sons Wm & John & dau Esther married to Benjamin Latterthwaite. Joseph Farington in his diary (p3342 and p4233) mentioned Frances Whittaker, Mrs Broadhurst, who kept a school in Bath. A Mrs Whitaker of Bath subscribed 1795 to Ann Wingrove's poems (along with several other of the people Godwin met in Bath in 1798)
