at Steele's with Lloyd, Trusson & Rutherford 27.12.1790.
Steele didn't appear again till 13.2.1795 when Godwin met him, & Bosville before dining at John King's, where Steele dined on 22.1.1796 & 16.5.1796, those three entries were probably the barrister David Steel who represented King in court and was an associate of his; then there was M A Steele (qv) on 23.7.1795 & 6.10.1799 and Steele on 24.11.1796 all associated with Hannah Godwin, and one more Steele on 22.1.1814, adv perhaps at theatre perhaps with W Curran. Rutherford only appeared once more, at Bosville's in 1795, Trusson never again, and Lloyd twice more, calling in 1791 and at Joseph Johnson's in 1799, and a Miss Lloyd was at Jennings' in 1794. Apart from a possible tenuous association of Steele & Rutherford with Bosville, and the rarity of the name Trusson, there is little to identify this Steele. See entries for Lloyd Trusson & Rutherford
