I guess that Nt Mt is short for Newport Market, in which case this may have been Mitchell Williams, circulating library and stationer of Castle-st, Newport-market (Holdens directory 1811). Morn Post 25.7.1804 advertised his library at Gt Newport-st, Leicester-sq. Land Tax 1807 Little Newprt-st. He was baptised 9.3.1778 at St James Westmr.son of Miles & Elizabeth, apprenticed 6.3.1792 to William Beresford of Stationers Coy son of Miles Williams deceased late of Marylebone for a premium of 100 gns. Holdens 1802 Mitchell Williams 255 Oxford-st stationer. Died 7.4.1831 buried Abney Park cemetery. His uncle Rev Charles Williams of Woolbeding Sussex will PCC 7.11.1808
