The entries above are ones the GD website has left uncoded. Mrs W Barnard may have been the matriarch of the family, Mary nee Corsbie widow of William Barnard 1711-1788. She died in 1801. Her sons were John b1744, Samuel b1752, Wiilliam 1754-1828 and Thomas 1757-1833. William may have been the William Barnard who married Elizabeth Slater at Sutton Strawless in 1776 and/or the one who married Sarah Miles at Wymondham in 1787. However John married his cousin Mary Corsbie and their sons were William b1772, Samuel Cumberland b1775 ?d1805 (qv in Society for Constitutional Information dataset), John Corsbie 1777-1813 and Thomas b1780. So it's hard to tell which generation of William, Samuel & Thomas appeared in Godwin's diary. Miss T Barnard in 1805 may have been Mary eldest daughter of Thomas Barnard merchant of Norwich who married on 24.10.1805 George Savill of Colchester (his will PCC 1848). Sometimes the father's initial was used after Miss just like the husband's after Mrs

Charles Barnard was the captain of an East India Company ship called Wexford sailing between 1807 and 1817. A Charles Barnard of Henley had an accident in 1819 (City of WestminsterArchives Acc 988/150). The Barnard (Buckingham House) has been coded on GD website to the Barnard family of Norwich, but seems more likely to have been Frederick Augusta Barnard DNB 1743-1830 King's librarian
