Perhaps Nat Arch J 90/74-77 (not yet seen)

John Greenwood auctioneer Whitcomb St Soho voted Tooke 1796, presumably the son or relative of John Greenwood DNB 1727-92 at whose rooms performances, debates &c took place and the composer William Shield would be a likely person to meet there. Richard Cox & Charles Greenwood army agents of Craig's Court Charing Cross seem more likely to have been the 1799 entry.

Probably one of the four sons of Arthur Gregory of Stivichall (matric Univ Coll Oxford 1733 age 17, will PCC 1792) Gentleman Usher to King, Lt Col of Warwickshire Militia (London Chronicle 25.10.1791) who took part in the Warwick meeting against dissenters January 1790. His eldest son by his first wife Mary (nee Bowater, married 1739) was Arthur William; by his 2nd wife Ann (will PCC 1806) he had three more sons,  Francis (of Baker Street 1796, will PCC 1833), Arthur Thomas and Robert, and four daughters Ann, Mary…

According to the Surman Index an A Gregson studied at Hoxton from 1773 and his career began at Highgate 1778, according to the Dissenting Academies Database the Presbyterian Fund Board paid £12 for Abraham Gregson at Hoxton to Midsummer 1778. Abraham Gregson was buried at Bunhill Fields 11.3.1779. Moses Gregson was minister at Rothwell Northants 148-88 his will PCC 1789. Abraham Gregson son of Moses was baptised at Rowell Nothants 1753. Spelt with an e this name was mostly found in Wales and the Welsh borders, the spelling Gronow was more common. William Gronow will PCC 1830 father of Ress Howell Gronow DNB 1794-1865. Joseph Gronow congregationalist minister 1769-1817 (Morning Chronicle 26.8.1794 at Long Achington) assistant minister at Stretton Warwicks 1796-7 minister at Weedon Northants 1797-1817. His will PCC 10.4.1821 was full of family information but not the name of his father, who died 10.9.1778 and was buried at Llanbellick Caernarvonshire, where Edward Griffith was born, mostly educated and lived many years.
