William Russell DNB 1746-1793 wrote History of Modern Europe. There are two diary entries that might be him but are more likely Dr Russell (see Russell, Patrick) 10.8.1790 and 31.3.1793

In Godwin's 1796 list for 1787, crossed out and inserted above in 1792, also in 1794 version for 1787. The crossed out Wolcot in the 1796 list is not coded to his person record on the GD website.

John Wolcot DNB 1738-1819. I presume (though it is pure speculation) that Godwin moved Wolcot in the list because he had met him in 1787 but had not conversed with him. I think this was the only entry in the 1796 list that got moved further than within a year or to the next year.

In Godwin's 1796 list for 1787 I H Browne, also in 1794 version. The GD website transcription has T H Browne, but look closely

Isaac Hawkins Browne (History of Parliament 1745-1818). Comes in a string of MPs in 1796 list, Beaufoy (Sir Watkin Lewes 1794 version only) Wilberforce IHBrowne Lord R Spencer Sheridan Walwyn

In Godwin's 1796 list for 1786 Woodfal, also in 1794 version, but entry in 1796 list not coded in GD website to his person record

Henry Sampson Woodfall DNB 1739-1805 or his brother William Woodfall DNB 1745-1803 (the GD website person record says it could be either)

In Godwin's 1796 list for 1785 Campbell, last and in darker ink, and not in 1794 version. The entry in the 1796 list has not been coded to any person record on the GD website. It may have referred to Thomas Campbell DNB 1733-1795 whom Godwin met in early 1790. According to Campbell's diary (J L Clifford Dr Campbell's Diary of a Visit to England pp 96, 106) he visited London in 1775, 1777, 1781, October 1786, and December 1789. Though the diary had gaps, Campbell specified that the 1786 visit was his fourth visit to London.
