Fransom calls 30.9.1803 (at Norwich) / 4.7.1831 Fransom at John Martin's
John Fransham DNB 1730-1810. The name was very rarely spelt Fransom in Norfolk, e.g Daniel Fransom farmer of Hindringham 1864. In 1831 there were Fransoms in Kent, e.g. at Ospringe but the nearest I have found in London was Francis Fransham silversmith of St Luke Old St born 1789 Brook, Norfolk and buried 26.4.1849 Old St. All the other guests at Martin's that day were regulars there and all but one (Wheatsen) are identified in GD website and have entries in DNB

call on Ellis B Mm Philips 19.9.1803
GD website has B Mm Philips uncoded, but B Mm was short for British Museum where Ellis worked, and Philips should be coded to Richard Phillips DNB 1767-1840
sup at Philips's Haverstock Hill with M(arshall) [N N] 15.9.1803
I've racked my brains with this N N. Robert Watt's Bibliotheca Britannica vols 3 & 4 (1824) had book titles and subjects in alphabetical order, which gave me New Nomenclature, which referred to the post Lavoisier chemical names. A translation of Dumas came out in 1801 and one of Hassenfratz in 1807. James Marshall certainly undertook translation work, so this is one possible suggestion for N N
