Amelia, 1794-1861, eldest daughter of Joseph Hume married 17.5.1823 William Bunnett, of Fulham, surgeon. They had a son William Thomas Hume Bunnett. I couldn't find William Bunnett's death but Amelia was living with her father Joseph in 1841 census and listed as widow living with her son in 1851 census

Holden's 1811 had a Mr John Burder, 29 Brook St, Holborn in the private residents' list. Land Tax 1813 York Place Islington John Burder, 1814-1821 Snow Hill, Holborn. British Book Trades Index 1817-8 J Burder 58 Snow Hill Holborn Bridge press maker & mangle maker. John Burder aged 68 of Holborn buried Bunhill Fields 16.4.1820. In 1806 a John Burder farmer of Enfield was advertised as quitting his business. George Burder DNB 1752 -1832 may have been a relative.

Burgh, Richard

Rev Richard Burgh of Dublin aged 30 was convicted in 1793 along with Townley Macan and others of a conspiracy to blow up the King's Bench prison. He doesn't seem to have been in Newgate in 1795 but may have been an inmate of the Giltspur St Compter with Gerald

A Dr Burke of the United Irishmen stood bail along with the Hon Simon Butler Dict Irish Biog 1757-1797 for Archibald Hamilton Rowan when he was arrested in 1792 and a Dr Burke was one of the Catholic gentlemen arrested in August 1811 for contravening the Convention Act along with Dr Edward Sheridan who was acquitted and Thomas Kirwan Dict Irish Biog 1772-1852. f 46r of Vol VII of Godwin's diary after 24.9.1796 and before the "1796 list": Burke inherits £300 per annum, obtained by his elder brother in the character of a discoverer. C

Edmund Burke DNB 1730-1797 according to which he inherited in 1765 from his brother Garrett a small estate in Clogher co. Cork. Not sure what is meant by discoverer or who C was, presumably the source of the story, maybe Calonne, Canning, Carlisle, Coleridge or Cooper

Since Godwin began the day of 8.8.1800 seeing St Cavan's Bed at Glendalough nr Wicklow and then returned to the Dublin area it seems unlikely that he went back to Carlow to dine (and this is confirmed by his letter Bodleian Abinger c6 f36v) so the Burne's of 8.8.1800 was probably a different venue from that of 4.8.…
