See Moorman, William Wordsworth vol 1 p 209 Wordsworth's friend a haberdasher of 15 Cateaton St, they went together to hear the sermons of Joseph Fawcett (DNB c.1758-1804). 2.3.1789 Nicol & Potts at Robinson's / 9.3.1789 same pair at Hamilton's. In 1794 version of Godwin's 1796 list, Nicol near end of 1787, left out of 1796 version.

George Nicol DNB 1740-1828 bookseller and James Potts (R Pollard, Dublin Book Trade 1733-96) seem a likely pair to have been dining with these publishers (and see Jenkins, Caleb)

Alfred Nicolson dines 19.6.1803

This may well have been the 15 year old son of Francis Nicholson 1753-1844 painter who was living in Somers Town by 1803. Alfred's dates were 1788-1833, he served in the Navy before working as a painter. See Nicholson, Catherine for A Nicholson entries that could have been him, though probably not. Also some plain Nicholson entries could have been his father Francis rather than Godwin's close friend William Nicholson, but I haven't noticed any that look like they might have been. I don't think there was any Alfred in William Nicholson's family.

Quite likely Robert Nixon 1759-1837, curate of Foots Cray 1784-1804 in John Colley Nixon DNB pre 1759-1818. He exhibited at Royal Academy and was said to have talent-spotted Joseph Mallord William Turner DNB 1775-1861. He died at Kenmure Castle, New Galloway

The will PCC 1796 of James Norris gent of Norwich mentioned his friend Elias Norgate. His burial was at Norwich on 19.7.1796 two days before this entry, His brother the Rev William Norris 1727-98 lived at Wood Norton, close to Dalling where Godwin's family lived, With his wife Susanna (nee Chad, married at Wells , Norfolk 6.6.1758) he had at least 4 sons and 2 daughters. The eldest son William 1759-1818 was admitted Lincolns Inn 1777 and became a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries 1784 secretary of it by 1797, Another son the Rev George was born 6.…

23.5.1790 F North at Paradise's. In 1794 version of Godwin's 1796 list but left out of 1796 version 

Probably not the blind and ageing politician Lord North but either his son Francis DNB 1761-1817 who wrote a play 'The Kentish Baron' 1791 or his son Frederick DNB 1766-1827 who was a Fellow of Royal Society and joined Greek Orthodox church, so very much up Paradise's street but perhaps abroad at this time
