Miller, Patrick

23.5.1796 Miller at Debrett's

The editorial notes on Miller in the GD website consider a number of Millers, so I'm just making things more complicated by pointing out that there is another Miller likely to have been at Debrett's and perhaps also at James Mackintosh's on 2.3.1795 and Fox's funeral on 10.10.1806. Patrick Miller (d1845 History of Parliament) MP for Dumfriesshire 1790-6 was the son of the Deputy Governor of the Bank of Scotland, He was a steward at the dinner of the Friends of Freedom on 4.2.1795 celebrating the treason trial acquittals, voted with Fox's patriotic…

Miller, Walter

these have been coded in Godwin Diary website to Alfred Mills draughtsman which seems very unlikely

see Hist of Parl for the brothers William and Charles Mills and for George Galway Mills, all MPs in the 1800s with Whigish connections but none of them very ardent Whigs or dissenters.
